Euskaraldia, le temps de la langue basque, est une dynamique sociale, qui encourage, par la pratique, une plus grande utilisation de l’euskara au quotidien. Du 18 novembre au 2 décembre, des milliers de bascophones s’engageront à changer leurs habitudes linguistiques, en utilisant davantage la langue basque en famille, entre amis, au travail, à la mairie, ainsi que dans les bars, boulangeries, associations et autres lieux de partage. Cette année encore, la Maison Agour y participe et encourage l’usage de la langue basque 🗣️

  • [FR] Le World Cheese Awards était de retour cette année, au Pays de Galles, le 2 novembre dernier. Véritable événement mondial du fromage, le World Cheese Awards rassemble des fromagers, des acheteurs et des commentateurs gastronomiques du monde entier pour juger plus de 4 000 fromages provenant de plus de 40 pays. Lors de cette 34e édition la Fromagerie Agour a remporté deux médailles sur quatre produits présentés 👏 : 

- Ossau-Iraty grand affinage : médaille de bronze 🥉 
- Fromage au lait cru de brebis, Xuria : médaille de bronze 🥉

Gasnaren ekitaldi nagusia, World Cheese Awards-ek mundu osoko gasnagileak, erosleak eta gastronomia kritikariak biltzen ditu, 40 herrialde baino gehiagotako 4.000 gasna baino gehiago epaitzeko. 34. edizio huntan, Agour gasnategiak aurkeztutako lau produktuetatik bi medaila lortu zituen 👏 :
