Excellente confiture. Moins sucrée qu'une confiture habituelle elle se marie vraiment bien avec l'Ossau Iraty et je ne regrette pas mon achat.

Merci pour votre retour. Vous avez raison, la cerise d'Itxassou n'a pas encore d'AOP, mais nous espérons qu'elle l'obtiendra bientôt. Nous travaillons constamment à améliorer la qualité de nos produits, et intégrer des cerises locales est un défi auquel nous nous attachons, bien que cela reste parfois compliqué à mettre en place. Nous espérons que vous avez tout de même apprécié la confiture et restons à votre disposition pour toute question.
