Le Petit Secret de Compostelle is a pure sheep’s milk tommette with a strong personality. Its paste offers a smooth and generous texture, enhanced by carefully controlled ageing that develops a distinctive, rich and savoury flavour while maintaining a pleasant softness on the palate. A cheese full of character, easy to share thanks to its practical format, perfect both as an aperitif and on a cheese board.

Traditional, non-standardised products whose weight may vary from one item to another (+ or − 15%).

ON THE WAY TO COMPOSTELLE, THE TASTE OF THE BASQUE COUNTRY IS BORN

Along the paths of the Way of Saint James of Compostela, which cross the Basque Country, gestures and know-how rooted in the land are passed down. It is in this spirit that our cheeses come to life, shaped by pastures, tradition and the patience of time.

For a tasting full of character, pair this sheep’s milk tommette with an intense dark chocolate, or a milk chocolate with hazelnuts to play on the contrast between sweetness and strength.

A touch of Espelette chilli pepper jelly adds a fresh and vibrant note that awakens the flavours and extends the tasting experience.

Also ideal at the end of a meal, enjoyed with country bread or dried fruits, it will naturally find its place on a varied cheese board.
