Its natural rind reveals a heart with a delicate yet intense aroma of summer white truffle, while the paste showcases beautiful dark truffle pieces, creating a look that is both indulgent and elegant. All in softness and finesse.

Summer white truffle brings a subtle, perfectly balanced note that harmonises beautifully with sheep’s milk, making this cheese an original and exceptional product.

When it comes to pairings, this cheese pairs just as well with white wine as with champagne. A “Petit Agour” truffle tomme accompanied by a bottle of champagne: the perfect gift for food lovers.
